- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) beef brisket
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- celery salt
- onion salt
- garlic salt
- pepper
- salt
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Directions

1Pour liquid smoke over meat and sprinkle both sides generously with celery salt, onion salt and garlic salt.

2Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.

3Next morning uncover and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

4Do not drain.

5Cover securely with foil and place in shallow pan.

6Bake 5 hours at 250°. Remove foil and add barbecue sauce.

7Reseal and bake another hour.
