- 1 pkg. carrots
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Peel and cut up carrots to desired shape and size.

2Cook carrots and drain.

3Cook bacon until crisp; crumble.

4Saute onion, chopped in a little bacon drippings until tender; drain. Put carrots, bacon pieces, onion, tomato soup, brown sugar and liquid smoke into baking dish and mix well.

5Bake in a 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
