- barbecue sauce
- flour
- salt and pepper
- cooking oil
Directions

1Salt and pepper chicken to taste. Coat with flour and place in about 1/4 inch cooking oil. Fry until light browned over medium heat, about 30 to 40 minutes. (Preheat oven to 400°.) Place chicken on paper towels to drain.

2Place chicken in oven pan and cover with barbecue sauce.

3Bake 20 to 30 minutes until done.
