- 3 lb. chuck roast (1/2 to 3-inch thick)
- 1/3 c. wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Plus add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

3Pour mixture over roast.

4Marinate 2 to 3 hours. Place on grill and baste.
