- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1 (30 oz.) jar chunky spaghetti sauce with mushrooms and onions
- 1 (16 oz.) container low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
- 16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown turkey in medium skillet; drain.

2Add spaghetti sauce and 1 cup water.

3Boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Lightly spray 9 x 13-inch pan with vegetable cooking spray. Spread 1 1/2 cups sauce on bottom.

4Arrange 1/2 the uncooked noodles on sauce.

5Spread with half cottage cheese.

6Sprinkle with half the oregano and Mozzarella cheese.

7Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.

8Cover with foil; refrigerate overnight. Uncover.

9Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes and cheese is lightly golden.

10Remove from oven and let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
