- 1 bottle liquid smoke
- garlic powder

- onion powder
Directions

1Sprinkle generously with onion powder, garlic powder and celery salt.

2Pour 1 whole bottle liquid smoke over meat. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.

3Bake 3 hours at 300°, covered. Pour Cattleman's barbecue sauce over roast and bake uncovered for 1 hour longer.
