  • 1 bottle Cattleman's
  • 1 bottle liquid smoke
  • garlic powder
  • celery salt
  • onion powder

Directions

    Sprinkle generously with onion powder, garlic powder and celery salt.

    Pour 1 whole bottle liquid smoke over meat. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.

    Bake 3 hours at 300°, covered. Pour Cattleman's barbecue sauce over roast and bake uncovered for 1 hour longer.

    Total cooking time is 4 hours at 300°.
