- 1/4 c. apple juice or cider
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 large garlic clove, crushed
- 2 salmon fillets
- sprigs of parsley
- lemon slices
Directions

1Combine cider and soy sauce.

2Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.

3Add butter and garlic.

4Continue cooking, stirring occasionally until liquid thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 20 minutes.

5Remove marinade from heat and cool.

6Pat salmon fillets dry and place skin side down on a rack.

7Brush salmon with marinade evenly and let stand 20 minutes at room temperature.
