Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 2 medium onions, crushed in blender
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid concentrated crab boil
  • 1/2 Tbsp. red pepper
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. thyme
  • 2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

    Mix all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.

    Simmer 5 minutes.

    Let cool, then pour over uncooked, unpeeled shrimp. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.

    Broil 15 to 20 minutes, turning shrimp frequently.

    Sauce covers 6 to 8 pounds of shrimp.
