Barbecue Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 lb. large shrimp (with heads, preferably)
  • 5 (1/4 lb.) sticks margarine
  • 6 medium green onions, chopped fine (tops and bottoms)
  • 6 medium toes garlic, chopped fine
  • 3 Tbsp. ReaLemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 to 1/2 Tbsp. liquid crab boil
  • plenty of black pepper (no salt needed)

Directions

    Melt all ingredients together.

    Pour over shrimp (in single layer on large flat baking pan).

    Cook in a 350° oven for approximately 40 minutes.

    Turn once with spatula after 20 minutes.

    Serve with French bread for dunking sauce.
