- 4 to 5 lb. chuck roast
- 1 artificial lime
- 1 small bottle barbecue sauce
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 to 2/3 c. salad oil
Directions

1Take a sharp knife and make jabs all over the roast on both sides.

2Put roast in flat oven dish.

3Mix together the ingredients for marinade.

4Pour over meat and refrigerate, covered.

5Turn every 2 hours.

6Cook on grill; turn every 10 minutes.

7Baste with marinade.

8Allow 30 minutes for rare, 45 minutes for medium and 60 minutes for well done roast.
