- 6 lb. pork or beef lean roast
- 6 Tbsp. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ground mustard
- 2 c. celery, finely chopped
- 2 c. ketchup
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
Directions

1Salt and pepper roast.

2Sear and add a small amount of water. Cook slowly until tender.

3Cool and remove meat.

4Shred meat into small pieces.

5Thicken meat broth until it is the consistency of thin gravy.

6Add celery, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and ketchup.

7Add sauce to meat.

8Simmer until thick.
