- 1 stick butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 c. chopped mushrooms
- 1 qt. chicken broth
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt butter and brown barley in butter. Transfer to casserole dish.

3Saute onions and mushrooms.

4Add to casserole.

5Add broth.

6Mix well.
