- 1/2 lb. fish fillets (per person)
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning
Directions

1Wash fish thoroughly.

2Place drained fish in single layer in foil-lined shallow baking pan.

3Mix other ingredients and pour over fish.

4Bake at 350° until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 25 to 30 minutes.

5Do not overcook.
