  • 1/2 lb. fish fillets (per person)
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning

Directions

    Wash fish thoroughly.

    Place drained fish in single layer in foil-lined shallow baking pan.

    Mix other ingredients and pour over fish.

    Bake at 350° until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 25 to 30 minutes.
