  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 6 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 3 ice cubes large, or crushed equivalent
  • 1 Orange medium, squeezed
  • 4 strawberries frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup Fresh berries or frozen, blueberry/raspberry/blackberry
  • 3 strips mango frozen or fresh

    Add all ingredients to blender.
