- 2 c. herb bread stuffing crumbs
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
- 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 envelope (3 Tbsp.) dry onion soup mix
Directions

1Melt stick margarine.

2Stir in bread stuffing crumbs.

3Spoon half of mixture in 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.

4Mix raw spinach with sour cream and soup mix.

5Spoon over bread stuffing, then top with remaining bread stuffing.

6Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.
