  • 2 c. herb bread stuffing crumbs
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
  • 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1/2 envelope (3 Tbsp.) dry onion soup mix

Directions

    Melt stick margarine.

    Stir in bread stuffing crumbs.

    Spoon half of mixture in 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.

    Mix raw spinach with sour cream and soup mix.

    Spoon over bread stuffing, then top with remaining bread stuffing.

    Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.
