  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 kg ground beef
  • 2 (400 g) cans tomato puree
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 14 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • sea salt
  • cracked black pepper

Directions

    Heat a large frying pan.

    Add the oil, garlic, onion, and cook for 3 minutes or until just soft.

    Add th emince and cook, stirring, until brown.

    Add the tomato puree and stock and rapidly simmer for 10-15 minutes or until thickened to your liking.

    Stir through the parsley, salt and pepper.
