  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Egg
  • 3 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1/2 stk Butter melted

    In a large bowl stir yeast into 1 c. lukewarm water till dissolved.

    Let sit till small bubbles form around edges.

    Whisk in sugar, salt and egg till thoroughly blended.

    Using a wooden spoon, stir in flour and butter till dough comes together.

    Mix gently with your hands till it forms a smooth ball of dough.

    Return dough to cleaned bowl and cover with plastic wrap.

    Let rise till doubled, about 1 1/2 hrs.

    Turn out dough onto work surface and gently squeeze out air bubbles.
