- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 c milk
- 2 Tbsp veg. oil
Directions

1Beat ingredients in mixing bowl until smooth.

2Let batter set for 1 hour.

3Next, oil a 7-inch (or 5) crepe pan and heat it until a drop of water sizzles when dropped (use about 3 Tbsp of batter). Add all at once, turning and tilting pan to cover area.

4Turn crepe when browned.

5Remove when done.
