Basic Pizza Dough

- 3 to 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 pkg. Fleischmann's RapidRise yeast
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. very warm water
- 2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
Directions

1In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast and salt.

2Stir very warm water and oil into dry ingredients.

3Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough.

4Knead dough on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 4 to 6 minutes. Cover; let rest 10 minutes.

5On lightly floured surface, form dough into smooth ball.

6Divide and shape as directed in recipe.
