- 1 whole duck
- salt
- pepper
- water, as needed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°F.

2Check to see if there are is a packet of giblets on the inside of your duck (especially if it is store bought).

3Season your duck by rubbing salt and pepper on the outside.

4Place the duck in a roasting pan.

5Pour in an inch of water.

6Remove packaging from giblets and place in the pan.

7COVER.

8Place in the oven for 3hr.
