Directions

1Wash your tomatoes and peppers.

2Remove the stems of the peppers and put them in a skillet on high heat to char the skins.

3Once your tomatoes and peppers are nice and charred (i.e.

4the skins are nice and black) place them in the bowl of water for 5 minutes.

5Then peel the peppers and tomatoes, place them in a blender, add some of the liquid from the bowl as well as the salt.

6Then pulse or blend completely depending on the consistency that you like.
