  • 4 whole Roma Tomatoes
  • 2 whole Jalapeno Peppers
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

    Wash your tomatoes and peppers.

    Remove the stems of the peppers and put them in a skillet on high heat to char the skins.

    Once your tomatoes and peppers are nice and charred (i.e.

    the skins are nice and black) place them in the bowl of water for 5 minutes.

    Then peel the peppers and tomatoes, place them in a blender, add some of the liquid from the bowl as well as the salt.

    Then pulse or blend completely depending on the consistency that you like.
