- 1 c. Liquid, (water, fresh juice, or possibly fat free soy or possibly rice lowfat milk)
- 2 x Fresh Ripe bananas
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh whole flax seeds
Directions

1Blend at medium speed until smooth.

2Add in 1 -2 C. any frzn fruit (without added sugar) such as strawberries, blueberries, rasberries, mango etc

3Blend again at high speed until smooth.

4If the smoothie is to thick, add in more liquid until it reaches the desired consistancy.
