Basic Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Liquid, (water, fresh juice, or possibly fat free soy or possibly rice lowfat milk)
  • 2 x Fresh Ripe bananas
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh whole flax seeds

Directions

    Blend at medium speed until smooth.

    Add in 1 -2 C. any frzn fruit (without added sugar) such as strawberries, blueberries, rasberries, mango etc

    Blend again at high speed until smooth.
  4. 4
    If the smoothie is to thick, add in more liquid until it reaches the desired consistancy.
