   Drain thoroughly.

   Squeeze spinach to remove as much moisture as possible.

   Chop spinach very fine.

   Put flour on a pastry board and make a well in the center.

   Break Large eggs into well; beat with a fork.

   Add in minced spinach and beat to combine.
