Basic Sugar Rusks Made With Bread Rolls

  • 2 Bread rolls
  • 1 Margarine
  • 1 Granulated sugar

    Cut the bread rolls into 7~8 mm slices.

    Place the granulated sugar on a plate.

    Preheat the oven to 150C.

    Line a large plate with parchment paper and place the bread slices on it in a single layer.

    Microwave for 1 minute at 500W.

    Let the slices cool, then spread on the margarine.

    Dip the side with margarine in the granulated sugar and place on a baking sheet.

    Bake in the oven at 150C for 10~12 minutes.
