  • 1/2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine (soft)
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. less 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 6 c. flour

    Stir and set aside. Scald

    pour into large mixing bowl;

    add sugar, salt and 3 cups

    Mix with spoon and be sure it is not hotter than 110°

    Add eggs and yeast mixture.

    Add margarine, then beat with mixer about 5 minutes.

    Add 3 more cups flour and mix well with spoon. Turn onto floured board
