- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
Directions

1In small skillet, melt the butter, stir in flour and cook a minute or two.

2Off heat, stir in the wine, stock and cream. Return to heat, stirring until sauce thickens.

3Serve over any wild fowl.
