- 1/2 loaf French or Italian bread (about 10 x 4-inch)
- 1/2 c. oleo or butter (soft)
- 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
Directions

1Cut loaf in half (5 x 4-inch).

2Then cut each half in half (sandwich style).

3Cut each sandwich style half into 3 (1-inch) wedges 5-inches long, total of 12 wedges 1 x 5-inch long.

4In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well.

5Spread mix on all cut sides of bread wedges.

6Space on ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 425° for 7 to 9 minutes or until brown.

7Serve warm.
