- 2 T butter
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt (the more fat the better, but regular is fine)
- handful of fresh basil
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree. Makes about 1.5 cups. Serve warm over corn and goat cheese pancakes as a starter.
