- 1-3/4 lb. Canned tomatoes; undrained,
- -coarsely chopped
- 3 oz. Sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/3 cup Basil, fresh; chopped
- 1/4 cup Onions, chopped
- 4 Garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black pepper, ground
- 1/4 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Vinegar, rice wine,
- -seasoned
- 1 tbsp. Oil, olive
Directions

1Bring both tomatoes to boil in medium saucepan over medium heat.

2Cook 2 minutes.

3Remove from heat and allow to cool 5 minutes.

4Pulse process tomato mixture, basil, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar briefly to blend ingredients.

5With processor running, gradually add vinegar and oil; process until well blended.
