  • 1-3/4 lb. Canned tomatoes; undrained,
  • -coarsely chopped
  • 3 oz. Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup Basil, fresh; chopped
  • 1/4 cup Onions, chopped
  • 4 Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black pepper, ground
  • 1/4 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Vinegar, rice wine,
  • -seasoned
  • 1 tbsp. Oil, olive

Directions

    Bring both tomatoes to boil in medium saucepan over medium heat.

    Cook 2 minutes.

    Remove from heat and allow to cool 5 minutes.

    Pulse process tomato mixture, basil, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar briefly to blend ingredients.

    With processor running, gradually add vinegar and oil; process until well blended.
