   Melt margarine in frying pan and add brown sugar until it all melts.

   Take off heat.

   Add eggs, one at a time.

   Alternately add flour and eggs.

   Mix carefully in the vanilla and nuts.

   Do not beat.

   Put into well buttered pan and bake 40 minutes at 350°.

   Do not overbake.
