- crushed red pepper flakes
- 40 scallions (4 bunches)
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Whisk wine into flour in a bowl until smooth.

3Halve scallions crosswise.

4Dip into batter, and fry in hot vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, 2-3 minutes.
