- 1 1/2 c. scalded milk
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 yeast cake
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Add yeast, sugar, salt, oil and egg to milk.

2Add 2 cups flour and beat well.

3Gradually stir in more flour until mix is stiff. Let rise until double in bulk.

4Drop by spoonful into well-greased muffin tin.

5Let rise about 1 hour.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

7Makes 2 dozen rolls.
