- 3 pounds russet potatoes peeled and quartered
- 2 bay leaves McCormick GourmetTM Organic, Turkish
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper McCormick GourmetTM Organic, Ground
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter stick, cut into chunks
Directions

1Place potatoes and bay leaves in 4-quart saucepan. Add water to cover. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender

2Drain and return potatoes to pan. Remove bay leaves. Add salt and white pepper. Mash with potato masher, gradually adding milk, then butter. Serve immediately
