- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley (1 Tbsp. dried)
Directions

1Cover the carrots with water in a saucepan and cook until fork tender.

4Cook until sugar dissolves and carrots are glazed. Sprinkle with parsley.
