- 13 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 5 lbs boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch chucks
- 24 bamboo skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes

Directions

1Lightly salt the chicken piece and marinate the chicken in pineapple juice mixture overnight.
