- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 whole Onion

2Slice the pork shoulder into 1 inch slices and set aside.

4Mix brown sugar, minced garlic, black pepper in a Ziploc bag.
