Ingredients
- 3 lb Pork shoulder
- 1 tsp Seasoning salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Sage
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 18 oz Bottle bbq sauce
- 8 Hamburger buns or rolls
Directions

1Pull out pork butt and trim fat if needed.

2Rub the pork butt with oil.

3Mix the seasonings together.

4Rub seasoning mix all over pork butt.

5Place pork butt in crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

6Remove pork butt when finished cooking.

7Let sit for 10 minutes then pull apart with fingers or forks.

8Discard the cooking water and place the pulled pork back in the crocket pot.

9Add full bottle of BBQ sauce and mix.

10Cook for another hour on low and serve
