- 1 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup paprika
- 2 12 tablespoons pepper
- 2 12 tablespoons salt
- 1 12 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 12 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 12 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 pork rib racks
Directions

1Mix in a ziploc bag.

2Rub ribs with 1/3 of this mixture.

3Let sit overnight in fridge.

4Rub with 1/3 mixture again.

5Let sit at room temperature for 40 minutes.

6Bring smoker to 200-220F.

7Add ribs.

8Cook 5 hours.

9Sprinkle with rub 1/2 way through cooking.

10In last 45 minutes slather with BBQ sauce.

11These can also be BBQ'd on the grill if you do not have a smoker.
