  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • 4 cup milk ( I used 2%)
  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 16 oz whole kernel corn, drained
  • 8 oz lima beans, drained

Directions

    Cook onion in butter until tender.

    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.

    Add milk all at once, cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.

    Stir in sausage, corn and lima beans.

    Simmer for 10 minutes .
