  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 8 oz Can of crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup Grated coconut
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans
  • 8 oz Carton of whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 9-inch pastry shell

Directions

    Cream together the softened cream cheese & sugar.

    Mix on high for 3 to 4 minutes

    Stir in crushed pineapple, coconut & pecans.

    Mix well.

    Carefully fold in half the whipped topping until well blended.

    Pile filling in crust & chill for 2 hours.

    Before serving add remaining whipped topping a garnish with a sprinkling of pecan.
