  • 3 - 16 oz. cans pork and beans, (drain off extra juice on top of cans--not sauce)
  • 1/4 C. minced onion
  • 1/4 C. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 4 orange slices, unpeeled
  • 8 slices Canadian bacon, 1/4 inch thick
  • 1/4 C. brown sugar
  • Melted butter

    Mix all ingredients except the last two in a 2 1/2 qt. shallow casserole. On top of bean mixture, arrange Canadian bacon and orange slices in a ring. Refrigerate, covered.
