- 1/4 c. green bell peppers, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. diced green chili
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 6 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- sour cream (optional)
- 1/2 c. tomatoes, peeled, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. onions, chopped
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 bottle hot pepper sauce
- taco sauce
- tomato, cut in wedges (optional)

2Saute chopped tomato, green pepper, onion, chilies, garlic and salt in oil until thoroughly heated. Add mashed beans, cheese and hot pepper sauce to taste; mix well.
