- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 small jar salsa (approximately 12 oz.)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- jalapeno peppers (optional)
- guacamole (optional)
Directions

1In a quiche-size casserole dish, layer the refried beans. Press them firmly into the bottom of the dish.

2Top the beans with the salsa.

3Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese on next.

4Bake 5 minutes in microwave on High.

5Divide sour cream up into 4 to 5 spoonfuls and dollop on top of Cheddar cheese.

6Sprinkle with black olives.
