- 4 (10 oz.) cans pinto beans
- picante sauce (mild, medium or hot)
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- shredded lettuce
- diced tomatoes
- sour cream
- green onions, chopped
Directions

1Cook beans and rinse and drain.

2Put in mixer and add picante sauce (your choice of hot, medium or mild) to make the consistency of dip.

3Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan and top with grated cheese.

4Put in 350° oven and heat to melt cheese.

5Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, dollops of sour cream and green onions.

6Serve with nacho chips.

7This is also nice with dollops of guacamole (avocado).
