- 2 c. white vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salad oil
- 1 medium can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 medium can chickpeas, drained
- 1 medium can green beans, drained
- 1 medium can yellow wax beans, drained
- 1 medium can black beans, drained
- 1 pkg. frozen lima beans, cooked and drained
- onion slices
Directions

1Combine vinegar, sugar, pepper and salad oil.

2Boil for 3 minutes.

3Add dressing to peas and beans; bring to a boil.

4Add a few slices of onion.

5Let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours. Drain before serving.

6Yields 2 quarts.
