- 3 potatoes, cut into quarters
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 slices white bread, cubed
- small bay leaf
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. red wine
Directions
