- 2/3 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. sage or savory seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- milk
- fine dry crumbs
Directions

1Mash the beans.

2Mix them well with the bread cubes and egg. Add the seasoning

3and moisten with milk. Shape the mixture in the form of sausage and roll in crumbs.

4Brown in a little hot fat, turning to form a good crust all over.

5Cook slowly, about 20 minutes.
