  • 1-1/2 pound Pork Sausage
  • 1 whole Green Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 31 ounces, weight Can Pork & Beans
  • 16 ounces, weight Can Kidney Beans, Drained
  • 15 ounces, weight Can Great Northern Beans, Drained
  • 15 ounces, weight Can Black-eyed Peas, Drained
  • 15 ounces, weight Can Pinto Beans, Drained
  • 15 ounces, weight Can Garbanzo Beans (chick Peas), Drained
  • 1-1/2 cup Catsup
  • 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Mustard

Directions

    Brown the sausage, and then add green pepper and onion; saute until tender. Drain grease, add to remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 min. longer.
