Bear Chops With Rice

- 4 bear chops
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- rice
- garlic powder
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 onion slices
- 4 green pepper slices
Directions

1Trim fat from the chops.

2Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.

3Place them in a pot, cover with water and simmer, covered, over low heat for 1/2 hour.

4Spread 2 tablespoons rice over each chop, sprinkle each with garlic powder and top each with slices of tomato, onion and pepper.

5Add water to reach the top of the meat.

6Cover and bake at 325° for 1/2 hour or until well done.
