  • 8 level Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 rounded tsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 c. white whole-kernel corn, drained or fresh corn, cut off cob
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 qt. milk

Directions

    Stir flour, salt, sugar and butter into corn.

    Beat eggs well. Pour into milk, then stir into corn mixture.

    Pour into a 2-quart, greased casserole.

    Bake in 400°

    oven for 40 to 45 minutes, stirring vigorously with a long-tined cooking fork 3 times about 10 minutes apart.
